I am a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.

I am a free weights advocate.

For optimal health and athletic performace I use a combination of Protein Powder for Muscle Building and Fat Loss and a good Multi Vitamin to ensure I am getting all the nutrients my body requires.

My exercises & training programs are very easy to comprehend & implement. I am here to help you achieve your fitness goals through a streamlined workout schedule.
